Uh, yes and the ballasts, additional wiring, the projector, and the bulbs. Not to mention that the xenon system if it is done aftermarket could cause a total system failure. This means NO headlights, and you may have little to no warning.. By the time you finish paying for everything you'll wish you had the xenon's on the car when purchased.
LED is better than xenon, and is the headlight of the future, but is currently only available in top-of-the-line autos at a premium price. I think xenon wins the best overall category when you take the price difference into consideration.
